Scholars Public School, Rajpura proudly hosted a dynamic CBSE Capacity Building Programme on "Story Telling As A Pedagogy" today, Saturday, 12th September 2026!
This wonderful workshop showed teachers how storytelling brings lessons to life, connects with students emotionally, and simplifies hard topics. Educators jumped into hands-on activities, practicing energetic role-plays for better body language, mapping out lessons into exciting story arcs, and using classroom items as creative props. They even learned how to turn math and science into captivating tales
We extend our heartfelt thanks to our expert resource persons, Ms. Kamlesh Rani (Co-ordinator, C.M. Public School, Rajpura) and Mr. Madan Gopal Sharma (Pgt Maths, Shivalik Public School, Ropar), for sharing such brilliant teaching strategies.
To wrap up the event, our respected Principal, Ms. Bharti, highly encouraged the faculty members. She explained that CBSE workshops are essential for professional growth and noted that a great teacher is naturally a great storyteller. Our school leader shared that stories bridge the gap between passive listening and active learning, inspiring the team to bring these joyful strategies into their daily classrooms.
