Scholars Public School, Rajpura celebrated the momentous occasion of INDEPENDENCE DAY on 14 th, August, 2024, with great patriotic zeal and pomp.
To mark the occasion a vibrant cultural program was organised. The students of primary wing came dressed in the attire of freedom fighters. The cultural extravaganza started with the in depth speech on how we got feedom. followed by mesmerizing dances and patriotic song performances. The students of senior wing presented a Nukkad Natak to pay homage to the freedom fighters who made numerous sacrifices for our motherland.The sense of pride and happiness could be seen on the faces of all participants.
The school Chairman Mr T.L. Joshi and the Director Mrs Sudesh Joshi motivated the students to grow up as responsible and conscientious citizens of India. They encouraged them to be Indian at heart and soul and motivated them to participate in the mission 'Har Ghar Tiranga'.
The school Principal Mrs Bharti asked the students to pledge that they would strive to make India a place where peace and harmony prevails and said that she takes pride in the students and the staff for their enthusiastic participation
On this occasion the school Management gave more than 500 saplings to the students and encouraged them to plant and nurture them.
